Social Responsibility
Our commitment to social responsibility extends beyond the business. We
are actively engaged in giving back to the community. Our team is regularly involved in charitable fund raising events,
programs to educate our future leaders and participation in opportunities to
promote green technologies.

Our
Milwaukee
Triumvirate Consulting Group is a
member of Our Milwaukee. We support and advocate for local
business. The Our Milwaukee mission to fuel the local economy by
supporting local business is the right solution for Milwaukee.
Buying local is a green solution
because it reduces environmental impact by contributing to less
transportation, less sprawl, habitat loss and pollution.
We believe that local business will
play a critical and pivotal role in the economy by helping to shape
and articulate the new normal.

Creating Compassionate Communities
By
Ally Blackburn
Ally Blackburn is the Founder of My
Personal Networking Group and a member of the TCG Alliance For
Creative Professional Transitions. She has created an approach
to business development called Organic Business Systems Development.
Focusing on People, Businesses and Resources (PBR) she leverages
compassion driven relationship building and she has successfully
helped many businesses and individuals in the local community to
realize their potential.
I’ve experienced many, many problems in my life that could have
been avoided or remedied by compassion. But it took me a very long
time to accept how powerful simple understanding for myself and
others can be. Applied to our interactions it becomes a choice to
understand over becoming angry. Understand before choosing
withdrawal and isolation. Understand by choosing patience over
becoming negative and judgmental. And finally, making the effort to
understand ourselves, life and other people in a larger context then
just the immediate. Compassion is recognizing, honoring and
facilitating the greater good for humanity. Not because we will be
rewarded, but because it’s the most civilized thing we can do for
ourselves and our world. Ultimately compassion is the greatest
freedom we could ever experience that no one, no circumstances and
no laws could ever take away from us because it is a gift we give.
In the name of compassion, I created
My
Personal Networking Group as a systemic approach to the problems
I tend to come across. Helping people feel connected and valued by
others. Providing free access to available resources that help with
building relationships and community, personal and professional
growth, business creation and finding employment. My Personal
Networking Group is what I can share with others for free to help my
local community succeed. And I do it because it is the most
civilized thing I can do and gives me the freedom to sleep well
knowing I have left few stones unturned.
In the name of compassion, I consult to
Dismas Ministry,
providing outreach to thousands of Catholic inmates as well as those
of other faiths. It is the role of prison outreach to bring hope and
spiritual rehabilitation to the vast number of incarcerated for the
duration of their sentences and after release from prison. Dismas
Ministry also supports the work of restorative justice for all who
experience the effects of crime: victims and their loved ones, as
well as prisoners, those released from prison, and the entire
community. This approach brings people together to build
relationships, while healing individuals, giving hope for better
tomorrows and cultivating compassion for each other.
I call what I am doing, organic business systems development,
which contracts with commitment to faith, hope and love as the
collateral over bank and monetary loans. It’s a slower approach that
allows lots of wiggle room for mistakes, zero financing and
maximizes small group formation to minimize long-term challenges.
Focusing on People, Business and Resources (PBR), success is
typically guaranteed by being persistent, positive and resilient
while helping others and enjoying life in the support of those who
care enough to be in your life. Ultimately, organic business systems
are healthy, balanced and naturally occurring if you are paying
attention to your compassionate side. How many decisions do you make
and actions do you take that are anchored by compassion? Switching
over to a compassion driven life can seem like going backwards at
first, but consistently applied over time, it’s a great public
relations strategy…Making Life a Little Better!
